چکیده
Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is one of the most important causes liver disease worldwide leading foreground cause transplantation. Recently miRNAs, small non-coding molecules were identified as an player in negative translational regulation many protein-coding genes involved hepatic metabolism. Visceral adipose tissue was found to take part lipid and glucose metabolism release inflammatory mediators that may contribute progression NAFLD from simple steatosis SteatoHepatitis. Since visceral enlargement dysregulated levels miRNAs observed patients with NAFLD, aim this paper reflect current knowledge role released NAFLD.

The Effect of GeriLact on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Background: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common chronic liver disease which is correlated with overweight, obesity, and insulin resistance. Recently, the use of probiotics has been suggested for these patients as they have considerable outcomes. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effect of GeriLact on patients with NAFLD. Method:</...

Background & Objective: Nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLD) is the major cause of hepatocellular carcinoma and increases the risk of mortality. Understanding the trends of its clinical and biochemical changes is essential to identify patients with NAFLD that are at the greatest risk of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and cirrhosis in Iran. M...

Introduction: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is considered to be a severe health threat across the world, the prevalence of which has significantly increased in recent years. Considering the role of diet in the pathogenesis of NAFLD, the present study aimed to evaluate and compare the dietary intakes of patients with NAFLD with healthy subjects. Methods:</str...
متن کاملSex-specific metabolic interactions between liver and adipose tissue in MCD diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
Higher susceptibility to metabolic disease in male exemplifies the importance of sexual dimorphism in pathogenesis. We hypothesized that the higher incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in males involves sex-specific metabolic interactions between liver and adipose tissue. In the present study, we used a methionine-choline deficient (MCD) diet-induced fatty liver mouse model to investi...

Although much progress has been made over last three decades of research on the mechanisms underlying alcoholic liver disease (ALD), it remains an important health problem in the United States. ALD ranks among the major causes of morbidity and mortality in the world, and affects millions of patients worldwide each year [1]. The disease process is characterized by early steatosis, steatohepatiti...
